The Capital Readiness Scorecard evaluates where a company stands across the dimensions investors assess before committing capital. This intake form collects the information required to produce that evaluation. All fields beyond email are optional. The more complete the submission, the more precise the scorecard.
Submitting this form opens the default email client with the completed scorecard data addressed to the VCSC advisory team. After sending, the team will review the submission and respond within two business days. The Capital Readiness Scorecard engagement fee is $1,000.
